‘13 Reasons Why’ Season 2 Trailer: “Hannah Wasn’t the Only One”

Netflix

Yeesh, things won’t be getting any easier in Liberty High.

Netflix has dropped the first full trailer for 13 Reasons Why season 2, which follows on in the aftermath of season 1’s revelations. As the trial begins, Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) finds himself unraveling yet another dark secret and coverup. As it turns out, “Hannah wasn’t the only one.”

The first season stands fine on its own and didn’t exactly end on a note that demanded a follow-up, but here we are. The question is whether or not the second season can grab audiences in the same way, particularly without the tape-per-ep structure that made s1 so engrossing. Well, we’ve seen a number of season 2’s episodes, and let’s just say that you don’t need to be worried. Look out for our review soon.

13 Reasons Why season 2 will arrive on Netflix on May 18.

Season 2 picks up in the aftermath of Hannah’s death and the start of our characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Liberty High prepares to go on trial, but someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah’s death concealed. A series of ominous polaroids lead Clay and his classmates to uncover a sickening secret and a conspiracy to cover it up.
