
20th Century Fox has unveiled the first clip from A Cure for Wellness, the Dane DeHaan-starring horror-thriller from director Gore Verbinsiki (The Ring, Pirates of the Caribbean).
Dane DeHaan plays an ambitious young executive who is sent to retrieve his company’s CEO from an idyllic but mysterious “wellness center”. It doesn’t take long before he finds himself trapped as another patient. The clip below finds DeHaan’s Lockhart searching for a way out of the centre. He doesn’t get far.
The trailer have thus far been great, teasing at a what looks like a visually potent, creepy and unsettling film. Fingers crossed for this one.
A Cure for Wellness, also starring Jason Isaacs and Mia Goth, will open in the US on February 17 and arrives in Australia on March 16.
