‘A Working Man’ Trailer: Jason Statham Fights Human Trafficking in Sylvester Stallone-Written Action Movie

The first trailer for Jason Statham‘s latest action-thriller, A Working Man, has arrived. Take a look above and get the info below.

Jason Statham stars as former black-ops soldier Levon Cade, who’s been trying to keep his head down in a construction job—until his boss’s daughter is kidnapped. Naturally, he’s the only one equipped to take on the criminals responsible, using everything from his fists to a sledgehammer. The cast includes Jason Flemyng, Michael Peña, Merab Ninidze, and, as you can see in the trailer, an almost unrecognisable David Harbour.

The film reunites Statham with director David Ayer, the Fury and Suicide Squad helmer who was also behind last year’s Statham actioner The Beekeeper. The screenplay comes from none other than Sylvester Stallone, here adapting Chuck Dixon’s 2014 novel Levon’s Trade. This is the fourth film with Statham that Stallone has had a hand in writing; Stallone also wrote/co-wrote the first three films in The Expendables franchise and the 2013 action film Homefront, which was also based on a Chuck Dixon novel.

A Working Man, with Statham, Ayer, and Stallone also on board as producers, will land in US and UK cinemas on 28 March.
