It looks like every movie needs to have some sort of sex appeal these days. The first official still from I, Frankenstein features Aaron Eckhart as Frankenstein’s monster, Adam. It’s seems as though Frankenstein dug up the corpses of some seriously fit guys in order to make this creature. Check out the photo below.
Yeah, so this isn’t the type of ugly, disfigured monster that we’ve come to expect from Mary Shelley’s story. At least they gave this guy scars.
The film, “is a modern-day epic: Frankenstein’s creature, Adam, has survived to present day due to a genetic quirk in his creation. Making his way to a dark, gothic metropolis, he finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans.”
- I, Frankenstein stars Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, Socratis Otto, Miranda Otto, Aden Young and Yvonne Strahovski.
- Directed and written by Stuart Beattie, a successful screenwriter who worked on all of the Pirates of the Caribbean films and who made his directorial debut with Tomorrow, When the War Began.
- Based on the comics by Kevin Grevioux, who was also behind the characters of Underworld.
