Brad Bird doesn’t have a massive directing resume, but it’s certainly strong enough to warrant excitement over his upcoming film Tomorrowland.
The director of The Iron Giant, The Incredibles and Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol is at the helm of what looks like a downright entertaining sci-fi film for the whole family.
The special effects are great, the action is kinetic, and the tone is fun. We’re digging that the plot details are still being kept under wraps too; a rarity in the spoiler-focused marketing tactics of today.
Tomorrowland, starring Britt Robertson, George Clooney, Hugh Laurie, Tim McGraw, Judy Greer, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key, and Thomas Robinson, hits Australia on May 21 and the U.S. on May 22.
