THE PEANUT BUTTER FALCON is an adventure story set in the world of a modern Mark Twain that begins when Zak (Zack Gottsagen), a young man with Down syndrome, runs away from the nursing home where he lives to chase his dream of becoming a professional wrestler by attending the wrestling school The Salt Water Redneck. Through circumstances beyond their control Tyler (Shia LaBeouf), a small-time outlaw on the run, becomes Zak’s unlikely coach and ally. Together they wind through deltas, elude capture, drink whisky, find God, catch fish, and convince Eleanor(Dakota Johnson), a kind nursing home employee with a story of her own, to join them on their journey.

Based on real events, A HIDDEN LIFE is the story of an unsung hero, Franz Jägerstätter, who refused to fight for the Nazis in World War II. When the Austrian peasant farmer is faced with the threat of execution for treason, it is his unwavering faith and his love for his wife Fani and children that keeps his spirit alive.
THE GRUDGE • In cinemas from January 30
Producer Sam Raimi brings us a twisted new take of the horror classic. Directed by Nicolas Pesce, The Grudge stars Andrea Riseborough, Demián Bichir, John Cho, Betty Gilpin with Lin Shaye and Jacki Weaver. With a screenplay by Nicolas Pesce and a story by Nicolas Pesce and Jeff Buhler, The Grudge is based on the film “Ju-On: The Grudge” written & directed by Takashi Shimizu. MIDWAY centers on the Battle of Midway, a clash between the American fleet and the Imperial Japanese Navy which marked a pivotal turning point in the Pacific Theater during WWII. The film, based on the real-life events of this heroic feat, tells the story of the leaders and soldiers who used their instincts, fortitude and bravery to overcome the odds. Starring Ed Skrein, Patrick Wilson, Luke Evans, Aaron Eckhart, Nick Jonas, Etsushi Toyokawa, Tadanobu Asano, Luke Kleintank, Jun Kunimura, Darren Criss, Keean Johnson, Alexander Ludwig, with Mandy Moore, Dennis Quaid and Woody Harrelson.
SEBERG • In cinemas from January 30
SEBERG tells the true story of French New Wave darling and iconic Breathless star, Jean Seberg, who in the late 1960’s was targeted by J.Edgar Hoover’s illegal surveillance program COINTELPRO, a covert FBI operation aimed at disrupting political organizations.
Seberg’s political and romantic involvement with civil rights activist Hakim Jamal (Anthony Mackie) has made her a target of the FBI’s ruthless attempts to disrupt, discredit and expose the Black Power movement. Ambitious young FBI agent and surveillance specialist, Jack Solomon (Jack O’Connell) joins the L.A. field office and, along with his partner, (Vince Vaughn), becomes her shadow, maintaining round-the-clock surveillance.
As Jack becomes drawn in by Jean’s luminous presence, his loyalty to the FBI and his young wife (Margaret Qualley) is tested as he finds her fate dangerously interwoven with his own.

Lee (XIAO Yang) and his wife Jade (TAN Zhuo) run a small company in Thailand. They have two lovely daughters and live a happy life. However, his eldest daughter kills the son of Lawan (Joan CHEN) in self-defense. To protect his daughter and families, Lee has to bury the body and cover the truth. Lawanis the head of the regional police, and she is dying to find her missing son. The contest between Lee and Lawan is beginning.
KONOSUBA: LEGEND OF CRIMSON • In limited cinemas from January 30
A video game-loving shut-in, Satou Kazuma’s life should’ve ended when he was hit by a truck, but through a twist in fate, he ends up reincarnating in another world–and dragging the goddess, Aqua, along with him. Then, one day, the Crimson Demon girl Yunyun says something that makes the entire group freeze up: “I want to have your babies, Kazuma!” Upon hearing the details, it turns out that the Crimson Demon village that Megumin and Yunyun are from is facing a threat that could mean it’s ending. Kazuma and his gang follow Yunyun, who returns to the Crimson Demon village intent on saving it … when they are faced with their greatest threat yet! What will become of the unremarkable adventurer Kazuma’s life in another world?!
