We Love Movie Explosions, So We Made a 5-Minute BOOM Video Compilation

Warner Bros.

There’s nothing like a badass movie explosion – it’s just annoying that you have to wade through things like dialogue and plot in films to get to them.

Why not just enjoy 5 minutes of pyro-lovin’ mayhem without the fluff? We’ve put together this fun little compilation, featuring some absolutely massive cinematic eruptions, from filmmakers such as George Miller,  John Woo, Edgar Wright, and (of course) Michael Bay, among many others, and movies such as The Rock, Blown Away, The Matrix, Speed and more.

You’ll certainly recognise some, but can you name every movie we’ve sliced from? We’ve included the complete list of titles used in the mash-up beneath the video. Yes, there are so, so, so many more we could have included; perhaps this will be volume 1?
