Marvel Entertainment

Some awesome new Captain Marvel content to gawk at as we await the arrival of Carol Danvers’ first big screen adventure.

The film’s plot will show us how one of the Marvel universe’s most powerful superheroes comes to be. We’ll be heading back to the ’90s, as Danvers (Brie Larson) discovers her origins and finds herself in the middle of a war between the Kree and the Skrulls. A battle with a member of the latter is on display in a slick train-top scene Marvel released online.

Apart from the fun clip, which also features a digitally de-aged Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and Coulson (Clark Gregg), Marvel released a spot during the Super Bowl. Check out both below, and raise that already fever-pitch anticipation.

Captain Marvel, also starring Jude Law, Annette Benning, Djimon Hounsou and Ben Mendelsohn, arrives in Australia on March 7 and hits the US on March 8, 2019.
