The official trailer has arrived for Cold Storage, a fun-looking sci-fi horror film that finds Liam Neeson joining forces with Stranger Things star Joe Keery and Barbarian breakout Georgina Campbell to take on a deadly outbreak in a self-storage facility built over an old military base.

More on Screen Realm:
A parasitic fungus. A military secret. A very bad night shift.
Set in a remote self-storage facility that was once a military site (of course), the story follows two young workers, Teacake (Keery) and Naomi (Campbell), who stumble upon a sealed lower level and discover a deadly, rapidly mutating fungus has been set loose. Before long, things escalate into full body-bursting horror, with the trailer teasing everything from biological contamination to elevator-hopping deer.
Also onboard: a grizzled bioterror operative named Robert Quinn, played by Neeson, who steps in to help contain the threat — and maybe deliver a few choice lines while doing so. At one point, clearly over Keery’s constant commentary, Neeson requests, “Could you please ask him to shut the f-ck up?”
From the writer of Jurassic Park and the director of Doctor Who
The film is directed by Jonny Campbell, a seasoned TV director known for Westworld, Dracula, and Doctor Who, making his jump to the big screen with a script by David Koepp. Genre fans will know Koepp as the screenwriter behind Jurassic Park, Spider-Man, and Mission: Impossible, among others. He also wrote the novel Cold Storage is based on.
Rounding out the cast are Lesley Manville, Sosie Bacon, Daniel Rigby, and Vanessa Redgrave.
The trailer hints at a gun, gnarly ride, teasing a mix of sci-fi, horror, and black comedy — with more than a few disgusting (and maybe hilarious) surprises in store.
Cold Storage will be hitting cinemas in 2026.
