Screen Realm is giving Australia-based readers the chance to win double passes to see Don’t Be Prey, the new documentary following marathon swimmer Mark Sowerby’s remarkable decade-long attempt to conquer the Oceans Seven.

In select Australian cinemas from May 7, Don’t Be Prey follows Sowerby as he takes on one of the toughest challenges in endurance sport: completing seven of the world’s most dangerous marathon swims, without a wetsuit, shark cage, or touching the support boat.

Directed by Jeff W. Tseng, the documentary traces Sowerby’s journey to reclaim his life after a public corporate collapse, using marathon swimming as a way to confront fear, trauma, and identity. Across treacherous ocean channels including the English Channel, North Channel, and Molokaʻi Channel, the film explores resilience, reinvention, and what it really takes to survive when the odds are stacked against you.
