‘DOTA: Dragon’s Blood’ Trailer: Netflix Adapts the Popular Video Game Into a Fantasy Anime Series


Netflix has released the full-length trailer for DOTA: Dragon’s Blood, an anime series adaptation of the hugely popular multiplayer online video game DOTA 2.

The plot follows renowned Dragon Knight Davion (voiced by Yuri Lowenthal, voice of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the 2018 video game), who finds himself embroiled in escalating events following encounters with a powerful, ancient eldwurm as well as the noble Princess Mirana (Lara Pulver, Sherlock, The Alienist: Angel of Darkness).

The series was created by Ashley Miller, whose writing credits include Thor and X-Men: First Class. The voice cast includes Tony Dodd, Anson Mount, Troy Baker, Kari Whalgren, and Alex Wilton Regan, among others.
