Take a look at two trailers that have arrived for Every Breath You Take, an upcoming thriller starring Casey Affleck, Sam Claflin and Michelle Monaghan.
The film has Affleck playing a psychiatrist whose world is turned upside after a patient of his takes her own life. The patient’s brother, played by Claflin, slowly makes his way into the life of the psychiatrist, and is soon involved with both his wife (Monaghan) and daughter (Emily Alyn Lind, whose credits include The Babysitter: Killer Queen and the upcoming Gossip Girl series) in an effort to exact some kind of twisted revenge.
The trailers below show off what could be a tense and well-performed character-driven thriller… they also seem to show a little too much in the way of plot, something that’s unfortunately all-too common in trailers these days. Still, keen to check this one out.
The film is directed by Vaughn Stein, making his third film as director following 2018 Margot Robbie pic Terminal and 2020 drama-thriller Inheritance. David Murray penned the script.
Every Breath You Take will be hitting select US cinemas and Video On Demand on April 2nd. The film will be released in Australian cinemas on April 8th.
