Chris Rock is a Gangster in ‘Fargo’ Season 4 Trailer

Chris Rock is among the impressive cast of Fargo season 4.

The trailer has arrived for the next season of the phenomenal anthology series, which this time heads to 1950’s Kansas City and follos two criminal syndicates – one African American and one Italian – as their uneasy truce begins to fall apart.

The previous three seasons were fantastic, showcasing fascinating character studies and labyrinthine narratives with great performances. The very promising trailer below sure makes it look like season 4, which again comes from show creator Noah Hawley, will follow suit.

Also starring Timothy Olyphant, Jason Shwartzman, Ben Wishaw, Jack Huston, Emyri Crutchfield, and Jessie Buckley, Fargo season 4 will premiere on FX on April 19.

The fourth installment of Fargo is set in 1950 Kansas City, where two criminal syndicates fighting for a piece of the American dream have struck an uneasy peace. Chris Rock stars as Loy Cannon, the head of the African American crime family who trades sons with the head of the Italian mafia as part of tenuous truce.
