First ‘Daredevil’ Season 2 Trailer: The Punisher is Here

daredevil season 2 - jon bernthal - the punisher

Netflix has dropped the first official trailer for Daredevil season 2, and yes, it’s awesome.

Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock/Daredevil goes to head-to-head with Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle/The Punisher, with each vigilante believing their style of justice is the way to go.

“You hit them and they get back up, I hit them and they stay down,” The Punisher tells Daredevil. “I think you’re a half measure. I think you’re a man who can’t finish the job. I think, that you’re a coward.”

They say there’s nothing more dangerous than someone with nothing to lose, and having lost his family, Castle is one dangerous man.

It’s a fantastic look at what should be a momentous next chapter. And just when excitement reaches fever pitch, the trailer introduces the season’s other big player.

Daredevil season 2 hits Netflix on March 18.
