First Official ‘Ocean’s 8’ Image has Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett & More

Warner Bros. has unveiled the very first official image from Ocean’s 8, the high-profile spinoff starring Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and more.

Directed by Pleasantville and The Hunger Games helmer Gary Ross, Ocean’s 8 will see a huge female cast – led by Bullock’s Debbie Ocean (sister to George Clooney’s Danny Ocean in the Ocean’s Eleven trilogy) – in a plot about eight women and their plan to execute a heist in New York.

Apart from the three aforementioned Oscar winners, the star-studded film will also feature Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Rihanna and Helena Bonham Carter. And, according to leaked set photos and the film’s IMDB page, you can count also count appearances by Olivia Munn, Dakota Fanning, Katie Holmes, Adriana Lima, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.

On board as the villain/heist target is Damian Lewis (Homeland, Billions), who’s apparently playing Debbie’s Ex. Other male cast members/guest appearances include Richard Armitage, James Corden and Zayn Malik. Matt Damon will also have a cameo, expected to reprise his Ocean’s role as Linus Caldwell.

Ocean’s 8 is scheduled to hit US cinemas on June 8, 2018. Click the image below for a higher quality version.
