John Krasinski plays Luke, who we see calling Charlotte (Natalie Portman), the sister he hasn’t spoken to in quite some time. “Are you in trouble?” she asks. “You only call when you’re in trouble.” Cue up a globetrotting search for the mythological Fountain of Youth—chasing clues across five continents, while dodging plenty of threats along the way.
