Because why just have one really, really good-looking person, when you can have two?
Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot has entered talks with MGM to star alongside Bradley Cooper in a thriller titled Deeper.
Penned by Max Landis (Chronicle, American Ultra), Deeper tells the story of a disgraced astronaut who heads on a mission to reach the bottom of a newly discovered oceanic trench, theorized to be the lowest point on Earth. Of course, the journey will be anything but simple. He encounters an increasing level of danger and soon finds himself in a psychological (and physical) fight against mysterious forces.
The film is to be directed by Hungarian filmmaker Kornél Mundruczó, whose credits include Tender Son: The Frankenstein Project, Jupiter’s Moon and White God. Landis is producing the film alongside David Goyer, Phantom Four’s Kevin Turen and Addictive’s Russell Ackerman and John Schoenfelder.
Cooper is returning to voice Rocket Rackoon in Avengers: Infinity War and is in post-production on his feature directorial debut, A Star Is Born, which he also stars in alongside Lady Gaga.
Gadot will be seen reprising her role as Wonder Woman in Justice League, Wonder Woman 2 and Flashpoint.
