Take a look above at the teaser trailer that’s arrived for Gangs of London season 3, offering a preview of the chaos awaiting when the crime action-drama series returns in 2025.
The teaser confirms the return of key characters, including Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù as Elliot Carter, Joe Cole as Sean Wallace, Michelle Fairley as Marian Wallace, Lucian Msamati as Ed Dumani, and Narges Rashidi as Lale. Supporting cast members such as Pippa Bennett-Warner, Orli Shuka, Brian Vernel, and Asif Raza Mir also reappear. New faces joining the series include Andrew Koji, Richard Dormer, and T’Nia Miller, adding fresh dynamics to the already complex narrative.
Based on the 2006 video game, the tense, often violent-as-hell series delves into the mayhem and power struggles within London’s criminal underworld. The new season takes place after a spiked cocaine shipment leads to hundreds of deaths, triggering chaos across the city. As criminal factions scramble to maintain control, the fallout sets the stage for violent turf wars and shifting alliances. Elliot, now deeply entrenched in the criminal world, struggles to navigate the shifting power dynamics while the Dumani family and other gangs face significant upheaval.
The season is produced by Pulse Films for Sky Studios and AMC+. Peter McKenna (Kin, Hidden Assets) serves as lead writer, with Kim Hong Sun (Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area, The Age of Blood) on board as lead director, and Farren Blackburn (The Winter King, A Discovery of Witches) and Tessa Hoffe (Crossfire, Kin) also directing. The series was created by Gareth Evans (The Raid) and Matt Flannery.
Gangs of London season 3 will be shown in Stan in Australia, Sky Atlantic in the UK, and AMC+ in the US sometime in 2025. Hopefully we get a confirmed release date soon.
