Take a look above at the trailer for upcoming comedy series Good Cop/Bad Cop, heading to Stan in Australia and The CW in the US in February.
The comedic drama centres on Lou and Henry, a sibling detective duo played by Leighton Meester (Gossip Girl) and Luke Cook (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina). The pair must navigate the quirks of a small-town police force, deal with their father and boss, Big Hank (Clancy Brown), and manage their own strained relationship—all while solving cases with limited resources and plenty of awkward moments.
The cast also includes Devon Terrell, Blazey Best, Scott Lee, William McKenna, Shamita Siva, Philippa Northeast, and Grace Chow. And adding a bit of a meta layer, Meester’s real-life husband, Adam Brody, makes a cameo appearance.
The series was created by John Quaintance, who served as a writer on Will & Grace and Workaholics. It’s directed by Trent O’Donnell (Population 11), Gracie Otto (Bump), Corrie Chen (Bad Behaviour), and Anne Renton (The Good Doctor). The production is a collaboration between Stan, The CW, Roku, and ITV Studios, with support from Screen Queensland.
Good Cop/Bad Cop will premiere in the US on The CW on 19 February and arrives in Australia on Stan on 20 February.
