‘Happy’ Season 2 Trailer: The Insane Series Looks to Get Even Crazier

Syfy

Happy! season 2 is finally on the horizon.

An appropriately in-your-face trailer has arrived for the second season of Happy!, the very dark comedy series based on the graphic novel of the same name by Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson. If you haven’t checked out the insanity of season 1, we suggest you do so. Netflix has it right HERE.

The second season finds our anti-hero, if you could even call him that, Nick Sax (Christopher Meloni) attempting to get his life together by lowering his tendency to, you know, kill, drink and sleep around. Yep, not gonna happen. Get a taste of the craziness season 2 has in store in the trailer below. “We’re gonna make Easter great again!”

The second chapter of Happy! premieres on Syfy on March 27. No official release date as yet for its arrival on Netflix.

HAPPY! is based on New York Times best-selling author Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson’s graphic novel of the same name. The series follows Nick Sax (Christopher Meloni, Law & Order: SVU) – an intoxicated, corrupt ex-cop turned hit man – who is adrift in a world of casual murder, soulless sex and betrayal. After a hit gone wrong, his inebriated life is forever changed by a tiny, relentlessly positive, imaginary blue winged horse named Happy (Patton Oswalt).
