Australia: We’ve got your complete HBO Max August 2025 release schedule! From returning superheroes and real-life scandals to twisty thrillers and bloody franchise revivals, there’s something for every kind of viewer this month.

Leading the pack is Peacemaker season 2, with John Cena reprising his role as the awkwardly intense anti-hero still trying (and failing) to achieve peace by any means necessary. Horror fans can dig into Final Destination: Bloodlines, the latest chapter of long-running series.
