‘Holidate’ Behind-the-Scenes Blooper Reel: Emma Roberts & Luke Bracey Experience Giggle Attacks, Spit Showers and More Making Netflix Rom-Com

Netflix

Netflix has released a behind-the-scenes blooper reel for their recently-release rom-com Holidate, led by Emma Roberts and Aussie Luke Bracey.

It’s an amusing little gag reel, consisting of the requisite giggles and line fumbles. Among the shenanigans: Bracey needs to learn to say it – not spray it, Roberts keeps jumping at a moment she knows is coming, and always keep an eye on automatic van doors.

Holidate, directed by John Whitesell (Big Momma’s House 2) and also starring Jake Manley, Jessica Capshaw, Andrew Bachelor, Frances Fisher, Manish Dayal and Kristin Chenoweth, is currently streaming on Netflix.

And in case you’re after more blooper fun, check out gag reels for The Boys season 2, Lucifer season 4, Spider-Man: Far from Home, and Avengers: Endgame.

Official synopsis for Holidate:

Sloane (Emma Roberts) and Jackson (Luke Bracey) hate the holidays. They constantly find themselves single, sitting at the kids table, or stuck with awkward dates. But when these two strangers meet one particularly bad Christmas, they make a pact to be each other’s “holidate” for every festive occasion throughout the next year. With a mutual disdain for the holidays, and assuring themselves that they have no romantic interest in the other, they make the perfect team. However, as a year of absurd celebrations come to an end, Sloane and Jackson find that sharing everything they hate may just prove to be something they unexpectedly love.
