‘Hustle’: Adam Sandler’s Next Netflix Movie Adds Queen Latifah, Robert Duvall & Ben Foster

The players are coming together for Hustle, the next movie Adam Sandler has lined up for Netflix.

Sandler is starring in Hustle, a sports movie that will see him playing an American basketball scout who is unjustly fired. After he discovers a talented basketball player whilst abroad, he decides to fly the player back home and showcase his skills in the U.S. to prove that they’re both meant to be in the NBA.

The film has now added Oscar nominee Queen Latifah, Oscar winner Robert Duvall & Ben Foster to the line-up. Deadline broke the news of the new cast members, reporting that the latest recruits also include Jordan Hull (The L Word: Generation Q), Maria Botto (Mad Dogs), Ainhoa Pillet, as well as NBA player Juancho Hernangomez and sports commentator Kenny Smith.

The film is being directed by Jeremiah Zagar (We the Animals) from a screenplay by Oscar-nominated scribe Will Fetters (A Star is Born) and Taylor Materne (NBA 2K20).  As we reported on back in May, Hustle, another picture coming from Sandler’s big production deal with Netflix, will also be produced by LeBron James’ The SpringHill Company and Roth/Kirschenbaum Films.

Sandler’s most recent Netflix film was the comedy Hubie Halloween, released on the service on October 7th.
