Now this sounds like fun.
Game of Thrones alums Peter Dinklage and Jason Momoa have signed up to star in and produce Good Bad & Undead, an action-adventure in the works at Legendary. As reported by Deadline, the film will be directed by Max Barbakow, making his sophomore effort following his yet-to-be-released Andy Samberg comedy Palm Springs.
Good Bad & Undead will have Dinklage playing Van Helsing, the last in a long line of vampire hunters, and Momoa as a vampire who’s decided to never kill again. The two have teamed up for a scam, tricking towns into giving them money, with Helsing pretending to vanquish the vampire and save the day. When a bounty is placed on the vamp’s head, all things, from monsters to magic, are set on their tail.
Both Dinklage and Momoa are charismatic as hell, and having them bouncing off each other in what is being described as “Midnight Run in a Bram Stoker world” sounds like a winner. Fingers crossed all goes well.
Dinklage will next be seen in the thriller I Care a Lot, from director J Blakeson (The Disappearance of Alice Creed, The 5th Wave). Momoa’s next major film is sci-fi epic Dune, from director Denis Villeneuve (Blade Runner 2049, Prisoners).
