The upcoming Marvel-Netflix series Jessica Jones has received a new trailer, this one giving us a good bit of footage and helping drive home the core relationships set to play a big part in our new heroine’s first series.
Krysten Ritter stars as the titular character in this follow-up to the well received first season of Daredevil, playing an ex-superhero-turned-private investigator with an ability to kick ass. We get a stronger look at he relationship with her bartender, Mike Colter’s Luke Cage, who’ll have his turn leading his own Marvel-Netflix series very soon, and David Tennant’s Kilgrav, who looks to be giving Jessica one hell of a hard time with his mind-control abilities.
Hopefully the impressive outing that was Darevil was a sign of what’s to come here.
Jessica Jones, also starring Rachael Taylor and Carrie-Anne Moss, will hit Netflix on November 20.
After a tragic ending to her short-lived Super Hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a private detective in Hell’s Kitchen. It’s time the world knew her name…
