This time, Danny DeVito and Donald Glover are among those that head into Jumanji, and they get Johnson and Hart respectively. Jack Black, Karen Gillan and Nick Jonas are also back for the action. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was fun, and was a hit to the tune of $US962 million at the box office. This looks enjoyable, so hoping for a repeat performance here.
Director Jake Kasdan returns, as do screenwriters Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg. Jumanji: The Next Level, also starring Rhys Darby, Awkwafina, Madison Iseman, Ser’Darius Blain, Alex Wolff and Morgan Turner, will be hitting US cinemas on December 13 and arriving in Australia on Boxing Day.
In Jumanji: The Next Level, the gang is back but the game has changed. As they return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own, they discover that nothing is as they expect. The players will have to brave parts unknown and unexplored, from the arid deserts to the snowy mountains, in order to escape the world’s most dangerous game.
