New Kingsman: The Secret Service Trailer Sees Colin Firth Letting Off Some Steam

A slick new Kingsman: The Secret Service trailer has been unveiled by 20th Century Fox, showing off plenty of action-packed footage from the upcoming action-adventure. Based on the comic book by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, Kingsman tells the story of a spy organisation that recruits a street kid into the agency’s training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius. This looks like it could be fun, very fun. Director Matthew Vaughn (Layer Cake, Stardust, X-Men: First Class) appears to have created one crazy ride with this one. Sure, it’s all quite silly and cartoonish, but we’re digging the wild tone. It’s also good to see Vaughn going for the giddy violence like he did with his previous Millar adaptation, Kick-Ass.

Starring Colin Firth, Samuel L. Jackson, Mark Strong, Taron Egerton, and Michael Caine.

Official synopsis for Kingsman: The Secret Service:
