A series of Kong: Skull Island TV spots have been released, revealing some jaw-dropping new tidbits of footage.

The titular island will feature an array of creatures, not just that overgrown gorilla. From the quick looks we have below, it appears we’re going to be in for some crazy monster mayhem, plenty of big-budget action, and a lot of fun from the great cast, which includes Brie Larson, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman and John C. Reilly. Can’t wait.

Kong: Skull Island, which will introduce us to the ape set to take on Godzilla in 2020’s Godzilla vs. Kong, will stomp onto Aussie screens March 9 and will smash US cinemas on March 10.

Kong: Skull Island:

Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures’ “Kong: Skull Island” reimagines the origin of the mythic Kong in a compelling, original adventure from director Jordan Vogt-Roberts (“The Kings of Summer”).

In the film, a diverse team of explorers is brought together to venture deep into an uncharted island in the Pacific – as beautiful as it is treacherous – unaware that they’re crossing into the domain of the mythic Kong.
