‘Love Wedding Repeat’ Trailer: Netflix Comedy Has Olivia Munn, Sam Claflin & More in the Worst Wedding Ever

Check out the trailer that’s arrived for Love Wedding Repeat, a comedy heading to Netflix.

Sam Claflin, Olivia Munn, Eleanor Tomlinson and Freida Pinto are among the ensemble, playing various members of a wedding that appears doomed – in some versions, that is. As the synopsis below explains, the “innovative” rom-com explores “the power of chance” and revolves around alternates version of the same event, as Claflin’s character tries to ensure his little sister has the perfect wedding day.

This is remake of small 2012 French-language comedy Plan de Table looks like good fun. There’s a Death at a Funeral (the fantastic British comedy – not the remake) type of a vibe going on, which is certainly good thing. It’s also not surprising, since this is directed and written by Death at a Funeral scribe Dean Craig.

Also starring Joel Fry, Tim Key, Aisling Bea, Jack Farthing, and Allan Mustafa, Love Wedding Repeat will be on Netflix from April 10.

Official synopsis for Love Wedding Repeat:

In this innovative romantic comedy about the power of chance, alternate versions of the same wedding unfold as Jack (Sam Claflin) tries to make sure his little sister has the perfect wedding day. But he’ll have to juggle an angry ex-girlfriend, an uninvited guest with a secret, a misplaced sleep sedative, and unexpectedly reuniting with the girl of his dreams who got away, Dina (Olivia Munn). If he succeeds, Jack might find a happy ending of his own. LOVE WEDDING REPEAT is written and directed by Dean Craig and stars Sam Claflin, Olivia Munn, Eleanor Tomlinson, Joel Fry, Tim Key, Aisling Bea, Jack Farthing, Allan Mustafa, and Freida Pinto.
