No crap-taking, hard-drinking, kick-ass P.I. Jessica Jones is on her way back.
Netflix has dropped the first trailer for Jessica Jones season 2, which finds the Marvel character attempting to get her life back together after ending Kilgrave (David Tennant, who played one of the screen’s best-ever Marvel villains, at least in this writer’s opinion). The plot is still being kept under wraps, but, as per the synopsis tease Netflix released, we do know that a new case will force her to face who she really is and her troubling past.
The next chapter of the Marvel-Netflix series, which brings back Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeri Hogarth), Eka Darville (Malcolm Ducasse) and introduces Janet McTeer and J.R. Ramirez, among others, will arrive on an appropriate date: International Women’s Day – March 8, 2018.
