After seven years of emotional transformations, viral makeovers, and heartfelt hugs, Queer Eye is officially wrapping up. Netflix has confirmed that the long-running reality series will conclude with its upcoming tenth season, which is now in production in Washington, D.C.
The Fab Five – Tan France, Jonathan Van Ness, Antoni Porowski, Karamo Brown, and Jeremiah Brent – are back for one final round of life-affirming makeovers, this time shining a spotlight on everyday heroes from the U.S. capital. It’s set to be a fitting send-off, closing out the series in a city rich with history and symbolism.
“This final season will celebrate the show’s legacy and impact,” Netflix announced, describing the D.C.-set episodes as a tribute to the over 80 individuals whose lives have been transformed by the Fab Five since the show premiered in 2018.

Tan France addressed the news on social media, writing, “It’s been a long, beautiful journey we’ve been on, and I truly appreciate all of the love and support for our little show, that changed my life in ways I never thought possible. As we begin our farewell season here in D.C I simply want to say thank you! Thank you!!!!”
Porowski reflected on the show’s long run and the changes it’s weathered, sharing on Instagram: “Since I started this gig a lot has changed in culture, administrations, our production crew and even in our own cast. Hell, I’m not even the same person I was a year ago… I hope this last season brings you all some joy, hope and fashion inspo from my flip flops.”
Van Ness also posted a short but optimistic message: “We are so excited to bring this finale to you, and excited for what’s next.”
The Queer Eye reboot has become a major success story for Netflix, transforming the original 2003 Bravo series into an inclusive, globally loved juggernaut. The unscripted series has collected 37 Emmy nominations and 11 wins, including six consecutive trophies in the Outstanding Structured Reality Program category — a record-setting run.
The show’s original lineup included France, Van Ness, Porowski, Karamo Brown, and Bobby Berk. Brent joined the cast for seasons 9 and 10, stepping in for Berk after his departure.
