Ghostface is back — and he’s made it personal. Paramount’s official Scream 7 trailer puts Neve Campbell back in the crosshairs as Sidney Prescott, whose hard-won quiet shatters the moment a familiar mask starts circling her family.
“Hello, Sydney.”
The vibe is cul-de-sac dread: doorbells, porches, corridors — all pressure cookers. When her daughter (played by Isabel May, 1923) is marked, Sidney flips from survivor to strategist. The trailer makes it sting with franchise memory, too: she’s named her daughter Tatum. That’s not just nostalgia; that’s bait.

The call is unmistakable. A silky, needling voice purrs, “Hello, Sydney. Did you miss me?” The taunting turns surgical: “Nice little town you found, you and your pretty daughter. Reminds me of where we grew up.” Sidney fires back — “Wow, you sure know a lot about me for another asshole hiding behind a voice changer.” — only to get the chill answer: “Oh, I’m not hiding, Sydney. Not this time.”
Courteney Cox is back as Gale Weathers, sharpening both banter and stakes. Jasmin Savoy Brown and Mason Gooding return as Mindy and Chad Meeks-Martin, keeping the new-gen blood in play.
Scream franchise creator Kevin Williamson directs, co-writing the screenplay with Guy Busick from a story by Busick and James Vanderbilt, with William Sherak, Vanderbilt and Paul Neinstein producing.

Scream 7 will open in Australian cinemas on February 26 and U.S. cinemas on February 27, 2026.
