Where is Screen Realm located?
Our office is based in Sydney, Australia.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit card and direct bank deposit.
What delivery methods do you offer?
For now, Screen Realm offers standard delivery across all products.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your delivery location. Standard delivery estimates:
New South Wales:
- CBD & Metro Areas – up to 2 business days
- Country Areas – up to 5 business days
- Metro Areas – 3-6 business days
- Country Areas – 5-7 business days
Do you ship internationally?
No sorry, at this stage we only ship within Australia. But don’t worry, we’ll be introducing international shipping VERY soon! Watch this space! 🙂
Can I get a refund?
Yes, but please choose carefully as we only offer refunds for products that are manufactured faulty. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
In these extremely rare situations, the manufacturer will inspect the faulty product before approving a replacement. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. Please wait for Screen Realm approval prior to returning a product.

Can I change my order or change the delivery address on my existing order?
Yes – but only if you’re quick! If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can change your product or delivery address by contacting us at email@example.com.
Whoops! I made a mistake in my order. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we all have those days. Just contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try out best to correct it for you.
What do I do if my product arrived damaged or faulty?
Damn, that really sucks! *shakes head in disappointment*
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
How do I use a coupon code?
Lucky you – you’ve got a coupon! At the checkout, just enter the coupon code then click ‘apply coupon’ – and voila! Discounts will shower upon you!
What is a pre-order?
Only the coolest thing ever! A pre-order is a payment to secure an awesome product that is not yet in stock. You can skip the stressful rush of trying to buy it before it sells out, and go straight to bragging to your friends about how you’ve already got your copy reserved! Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of ordering. Generally we send out pre-orders on the official release date.
Can I cancel my pre-order and get a refund?
Unfortunately, pre-order payments are non-refundable.
Can I pick up my product from a store?
As much as we’d love to meet you in person, we’re only an online store.
But if we win the lottery *crosses fingers* – well, that’s a different store-y! Haha! Get it? Too much?
I think my order has been lost in transit. What do I do?
Depending on your chosen delivery method and your location, shipping can generally take up to 10 business days. If you still haven’t received it after this time, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 17 days of your purchase.
I’ve encountered a problem with your website. Help!

Will I get a receipt?
Yes, at the checkout you’ll be asked to provide an email address. When your order is complete and paid, a receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provided.
