Watch: Simon Pegg & Nick Frost Deliver a ‘Shaun of the Dead’ Inspired Coronavirus PSA

Funny Brits Simon Pegg and Nick Frost may be waiting out the Coronavirus at home like many of us, but they’re still having a little fun.

The actors and buds that have worked together on films such as Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World’s End and Paul have released a funny little video serving as a bit of a Public Service Announcement. With heavy nods to the aforementioned Shaun of the Dead, the video has Pegg and Frost on the phone discussing a plan that’s mighty reminiscent of their plan in the classic zomedy.

While the intention in the movie was to “go to mum’s, kill Phil, grab Liz, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over,” this time: “If you can, stay at home, have a cup of tea, and wait for all of this to blow over. Above all, don’t be a twat about it. We’re all in this together. Don’t be selfish. Look after each other. Give someone a call if you think they might be lonely.”

Pegg’s got some advice we can all take on board. Hope everyone’s coping out there!
