The official teaser trailer for horror sequel Smile 2 has been released, sure to send shivers down the spines of fans eagerly awaiting to see what lies ahead following the success of the 2022 hit.
In Smile 2, global pop sensation Skye Riley, portrayed by Naomi Scott (Aladdin, Charlie’s Angels), finds herself on the brink of a major world tour. However, her career aspirations are soon overshadowed by a series of increasingly terrifying and inexplicable events. As the horrors mount and the pressures of fame begin to take their toll, Skye must confront the darkest corners of her past to regain control of her life.
The sequel is both written and directed by Parker Finn, who was also behind the original. Joining Naomi Scott (who also sings her character’s track, “Blood on White Satin” – which you can listen to on the character’s official site) in the cast are Rosemarie DeWitt, Kyle Gallner, Lukas Gage, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Raúl Castillo, Dylan Gelula, and Ray Nicholson.
