The highly anticipated Sonic the Hedgehog 3 trailer has finally landed, offering up an exciting look at the legendary character’s electrifying return to the big screen this December. Watch the new trailer above and take a look at the new poster below.
Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails reunite for their most challenging adventure yet. This time, the trio faces an extraordinary new adversary: Shadow (voiced by Keanu Reeves!), a mysterious and powerful villain whose abilities surpass anything they’ve encountered before. With their usual tactics falling short, Team Sonic must forge an unlikely alliance to protect the planet from this formidable new threat.
The third chapter is once again helmed by franchise director Jeff Fowler and boasts an all-star cast that includes the return of Ben Schwartz (as the voice of Sonic) Jim Carrey, James Marsden, Tika Sumpter, Idris Elba (as the voice of Knuckles), Colleen O’Shaughnessey (as the voice of Tails), Natasha Rothwell, Shemar Moore, Adam Pally, and Lee Majdoub. The film also introduces newcomers Alyla Browne and Krysten Ritter, and, as mentioned, brings in Reeves as the voice of Shadow the Hedgehog.
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 in US cinemas from December 20th and Australian cinemas from Boxing Day.
