‘The Mandalorian’: New Trailer Shows Off More of Disney Plus’ Star Wars Series

Disney Plus

Take a look at the new trailer released for The Mandalorian, the highly anticipated Star Wars series that’s set to begin when Disney + launches.

Pedro Pascal (Narcos, Game of Thrones) plays the titular character, a lone gunfighter, in a Star Wars chapter set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order.

It’s another exciting trailer, although there’s only a little bit of new footage that we didn’t get in the previous trailer. There is some fun some new snippets of action and even get to hear The Mandalorian speak. It looks great.

The cast includes Gina Carano, Nick Nolte, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog, Bill Burr, and Taika Waititi. Waititi, Rick Famuyiwa (Dope), Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Deborah Chow (American Gods) and Bryce Dallas Howard direct.

The Mandalorian will hold 8 episodes, with a week-by-week run beginning when Disney+ kicks off. The service will hit the US on November 12 and arrives in Australia on November 19. There may be many people out there who may not have access to Disney+, due to the country they live in. This service is available in countries like Canada, the USA, Puerto Rico, Netherland, Australia, and New Zealand. But this is where the help of a Disney Plus VPN, for example, may come in handy.

Official synopsis for The Mandalorian:

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. “The Mandalorian” is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.
