The wait is nearly over for fans of The Wheel of Time. Prime Video has unveiled the full-length trailer for the highly anticipated third season, set to premiere on March 13th. Take a look above.
The trailer teases a season filled with turmoil, as Rosamund Pike’s Moiraine Damodred struggles with ominous visions of the future while Josha Stradowski’s Rand al’Thor wrestles with his fate as the Dragon Reborn. The central question remains: will Rand choose the Light, or will the encroaching Darkness consume him?
Based primarily on The Shadow Rising, the fourth book in Jordan’s series and a fan-favourite, the upcoming season takes viewers to new locations across the Westlands. The vast Aiel Waste, the perilous port city of Tanchico, and the mist-shrouded ancient city of Rhuidean will all play key roles in the unfolding drama. While Rand and Moiraine face their own revelations, Marcus Rutherford’s Perrin Aybara embarks on a personal journey in Two Rivers—one that promises to change him forever.
