Transformers and Jennifer’s Body star Megan Fox has signed up to lead a horror thriller with quite the dark plot.
Till Death will have Fox playing Emma, a woman who is left handcuffed to the corpse of her dead husband as part of a twisted revenge plan. As if that isn’t enough, there are two hired killers on the way, and they plan on finishing the job.
As reported by Screen Daily, Till Death is to be directed by S.K. Dale and written by Jason Carvey. Millennium Media picked the screenplay up from Blood List, the yearly compilation of the best unproduced thriller and horror scripts.
“When we first read this concept on the Blood List, it immediately grabbed our attention,” Millennium’s Jeffrey Greenstein said in a statement. “It’s a fun, suspenseful ride that’s going to shock and satisfy audiences worldwide – and we couldn’t be more excited for Megan to bring this to life.”
This isn’t the only upcoming Hollywood film titled Till Death. There’s an action-thriller with the same name on the way starring Jason Sudeikis and Evangeline Lilly, telling the story of a felon who’s given early parole and vows to his his childhood love, now dying from cancer, the best last year of her life – unfortunately it’s not that simple. We’ll see if either project decides to change names.
Production on the Megan Fox-starring Till Death will begin in March at Nu Boyana Studios in Sofia, Bulgaria.
