The leads play a group of former Special Forces operatives that decide to team up again for a dangerous mission that will place them on the wrong side of the law. Their mission: take down a drug lord in the titular multi-border zone of South America and take his massive fortune.
As with that first trailer, this new marketing piece is effective, offering a look at what could be a tense outing with an impressive cast. The new trailer give us up more of the plot, including a major reason as to why Isaac’s character is so keen on the mission going ahead. We’re looking forward to this one.
Triple Frontier, directed by J.C. Chandor (Margin Call, All Is Lost, A Most Violent Year) and penned by Chandor and Mark Boal (The Hurt Locker, Zero Dark Thirty), will be hitting Netflix on March 13. In the US, the film will have a limited theatrical run from March 6.
