Netflix has released the trailer for action-thriller Black Crab, led by Noomi Rapace.

The film is set in a post-apocalyptic world that has been torn apart by war. Rapace plays speed skater turned soldier Caroline Edh, who is placed on a covert mission with fellow soldiers to cross a frozen archipelago, risking their lives to transport a mysterious package that could end the war that has destroyed their lives. As they enter hostile enemy territory, they have no idea what dangers lie ahead or who””if anyone””they can trust.

This visually-impressive actioner is the feature debut for director Adam Berg, who has previously worked with advertising, short films and music videos. Berg and Pelle Rådström penned the screenplay, an adaptation of the 2002 book of the same name by author Jerker Virdborg.

Black Crab, also starring Jakob Oftebro (The Letter for the King, Norsemen), Erik Enge (Beck, The Bridge), Dar Salim (Borgen, Game of Thrones), and Ardalan Esmaili (The Rain), among others, will be streaming on Netflix from March 18th.
