  • ‘THE CLEANER’ – SERIES, AUSTRALIAN PREMIERE AND EXCLUSIVE TO BRITBOX (COMEDY)

A hilarious comedy about a forensic cleaner written by BAFTA award winner Greg Davies (Inbetweeners, Man Down, Cuckoo). Davies plays Paul ‘Wicky’ Wickstead, a crime scene cleaner. When the detectives are done, he moves in, armed with his bleach and scrubbing brushes. His job brings him into contact with the strangest people: those who knew the victims, and sometimes even the killers themselves. But because he’s a chatty man, he tends to gossip more than he cleans. This crime comedy is based on the multi-award-winning German cult hit Der Tatortreiniger.

 

Also starring Helena Bonham Carter (Fight Club, Sweeney Todd, Les Miserables), Zita Sattar (Casualty) and David Mitchell (Peep Show, Ambassadors).
