This could be a fun, very wild one to put on the list.

The trailer has arrived for Crossing Swords, an upcoming stop-motion animated series that, clearly, won’t be for kids. The plot follows a nice-guy peasant who lands a role as a squire at the royal castle. But it takes a sour turn when he learns of the crazy-horny monarchs in charge and the crooks in every corner. And to make things worse, upon learning of his big new job, his siblings soon return to make life hell.

Count us firmly in for this silly and amusing-looking series, which comes from John Harvatine IV and Tom Root, both of whom worked on Robot Chicken. Featuring a voice cast that includes Nicholas Hoult, Luke Evans, Alanna Ubach, Maya Erskine, Yvette Nicole Brown, Seth Green and Tony Hale, Crossing Swords premieres on Hulu on June 12.

Official synopsis for Crossing Swords:

Created by Robot Chicken’s John Harvatine IV and Tom Root, Crossing Swords stars Nicholas Hoult as Patrick, a good hearted peasant who lands a coveted squire position at the royal castle. However, his dream job quickly turns into a nightmare when he learns his beloved kingdom is run by a hornet’s nest of horny monarchs, crooks and charlatans. Even worse, Patrick’s valor made him the black sheep in his family, and now his criminal siblings have returned to make his life hell. War, murder, full frontal nudity””who knew brightly colored peg people led such exciting lives?
