Take a look above at the official teaser trailer that Walt Disney Animated Studios has unveiled for Moana 2, the upcoming sequel to the 2016 CG-animated hit.

Bringing back Auli‘i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson as voices of Moana and the demigod Maui, respectively, the second chapter takes place three years after the original. Following an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana embarks on a perilous journey to the far seas of Oceania. Joined by a crew of unlikely seafarers, she ventures into long-lost waters, encountering dangers unlike any she has faced before.

The film is directed by David Derrick Jr. (story artist on Moana), Jason Hand (story artist on Moana, story by credit on Encanto), and Dana Ledoux Miller (writer on series Designated Survivor), with Christina Chen and Yvett Merino on board as producers. The soundtrack features music by Grammy winners Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear, Grammy nominee Opetaia Foaʻi, and three-time Grammy winner Mark Mancina.

Moana 2 will be opening in US cinemas on November 27 and Australian cinemas on November 28.
