‘NCIS: Tony & Ziva’ Trailer: Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo Reunite for Action-Packed Series Spinoff

The official trailer has landed for NCIS: Tony & Ziva, the latest spinoff in the long-running NCIS franchise, reuniting stars Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo as Tony DiNozzo and Ziza David. The 10-episode series premieres soon on Paramount+ (no official release date yet). Take a look above.

The show picks up with former agents Tony and Ziva, who’ve been quietly raising their daughter, Tali, in Paris. That is, until Tony’s security firm comes under attack and Tali is kidnapped. The pair are forced to team up to track down the culprits across Europe, with – as the trailer teases – their trademark skills and blend of sharp banter firmly in play.

“You still keep all that deadly stuff in your cookie jars?” Tony asks in one scene. Ziva deadpans, “I levelled up a bit.” A large arsenal of weapons is unveiled. She’s clearly ready to arm up if the occasion calls for it. Tony can’t help but be impressed: “Have I ever told you how deeply I appreciate your paranoia?”

The show comes from writer/executive producer John McNamara, whose TV credits include The Magicians, Aquarius, and Physical. McNamara is on board as showrunner, with stars Weatherly and de Pablo among the team of executive producers.

Said Weatherly and de Pablo in a previous statement: “We’ve been talking about this story for many years, and now with John McNamara at the helm, we are ready. The world of Tony and Ziva (and daughter Tali) promises to be an action-packed roller coaster fueled by love, danger, tears and laughter.”

The cast also includes Isla Gie as Tali, Amita Suman, Maximilian Osinski, Julian Ovenden, Nassima Benchicou, Lara Rossi, Terence Maynard and James D’Arcy. Filming wrapped earlier this year, with Paramount+ confirming a fall 2025 premiere.
