Warner Bros. has dropped a big new trailer for Shazam! Fury of the Gods, unveiling a lot more (perhaps too much more?) footage from the upcoming DC sequel.

Zachary Levi returns as the titular superhero, the adult alter ego of teenager Billy Batston (Asher Angel, reprising the role), in an adventure that finds him taking on a vengeful trio of ancient gods. Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu and Rachel Zegler play the Daughters of Atlas, who arrive on Earth in search of the magic stolen from them long ago. Billy/Shazam and his family are thrust into a battle for their superpowers, their lives, and the fate of their world.

David F. Sandberg (Lights Out, Annabelle: Creation) returns to direct the sequel, which brings back a large ensemble that includes Jack Dylan Grazer, Adam Brody, Ross Butler, Meagan Good, and Djimon Hounsou.

 Shazam! Fury of the Gods is set to open in Australian theatres on March 16th and in North American theatres on March 17th.
