‘The Last of Us’ Season 2 Episode 4 Trailer Throws Ellie and Dina Into Subway Horror

The next chapter of The Last of Us is about to unleash chaos once again. HBO has dropped the trailer for Season 2, Episode 4, and the journey only looks more perilous for Ellie and Dina.

Following the emotionally quieter third episode, the trailer hints at a return to brutal tension. As Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Dina (Isabela Merced) make their way through the ruins toward Seattle, they find themselves under attack. In one nerve-racking sequence, Ellie and Dina flee through abandoned subway carriages teeming with infected.

The clip also teases a major moment of tension between the pair. The trailer’s final bit of footage shows Dina holding a gun on Ellie — raising the question: has Ellie been bitten again, and is Dina – unaware of Ellie’s immunity – ready to do the unthinkable? Longtime fans of the game will recognise this pivotal moment.

Expect Episode 4 to escalate the action and emotional stakes. Between underground horror, violent survivor clashes, and heart-wrenching character moments, this could be one of the season’s most intense instalments yet.
