Watch the trailer above for A Quiet Place: Day One, the third film in the sci-fi horror franchise that kicked off with the Emily Blunt and John Krasinski-starring 2018 hit.
A Quiet Place: Part Two‘s opening gave us a few tense minutes set on the day that those sound-sensitive aliens arrived on Earth. Well, get ready for much bigger look at how it all began. As the exciting first trailer shows, A Quiet Place: Day One takes us to New York City as it’s taken over by those terrifying extraterrestrials.
The cast includes Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, Denis O’Hare, and Djimon Hounsou, the latter reprising his role as a character we met in Part Two.
This is the first film in the franchise not to be directed by Krasinski. Writer and director this time around is Michael Sarnoski, making his second film here following his 2021 Nicolas Cage-starring debut, Pig.
A Quiet Place: Day One will be opening in Australian cinemas on June 27th and U.S. cinemas on June 28th.
