Surprise! The trailer has been unveiled for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,  Disney+‘s upcoming Marvel Studios series starring Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black) as this universe’s new hulk.

It’s time to meet Jennifer Walters, a single, 30-something attorney who specialises in superhuman-oriented legal cases. She also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk. Fighting for justice in and out of the courtroom, dealing with superpowers, and navigating the precarious world of online dating… Jennifer’s life is a little complicated.

A couple of familiar faces in the trailer. Mark Ruffalo returns as Bruce Banner, aka The Hulk, who tries to provide Jennifer with some tips on how to manage her green alter ego. The series also brings back Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, who we first saw taking on Edward Norton’s Hulk in 2008’s The Incredible Hulk and then saw taking on Wong in last year’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Speaking of Wong, the series will also see Benedict Wong back as the current Sorcerer Supreme, although he doesn’t appear in the trailer.

The nine-episode series comes from head writer and executive producer Jessica Gao, whose credits include Rick and Morty, Silicon Valley, and Robot Chicken. Six episodes were directed by Kat Coiro (Jennifer Lopez-Owen Wilson rom-com Marry Me, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Dead to Me) and three by Ana Valia (And Just Like That, Never Have I Ever).

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, also starring Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass, and Renée Elise Goldsberry, will premiere on Disney+ on August 17th.
