The trailer has arrived for Star Wars: The Bad Batch‘s second season, offering fans a look at what lies ahead for our team of genetically mutated clones.

As the trailer shows, Hunter, Tech, Echo, Omega, Wrecker, and Crosshair are back following a season one cliffhanger that left the group in disarray. The Bad Batch members are this time taking on mercenary jobs as they attempt to find a new purpose and survive in this chaotic world.

“You can have a future,” Trandoshan Cid (voiced by Rhea Perlman) tells the team in the trailer. “Isn’t that what you’re after?” After Hunter (Dee Bradley Baker) responds that they are already free, Traandoshan lets him know: “Clearly, you’re not paying attention to what’s happening out there.” Cue Emperor Palpatine: “It is time for a new era.”

The voice cast includes Michelle Ang as Omega, Archie Panjabi as Depa Billaba, Gwendoline Yeo as Nala Se, Bob Bergen as Lama Su, Ben Diskin as AZI-3, among many others.

As was announced at Star Wars Celebration over the weekend, the second season of this Clone Wars sequel and spin-off series will be hitting Disney+ sometime in the Fall – which goes through the months of September, October, November in the United States. It’s a shame we don’t have an exact release date to go on, but knowing The Bad Batch season 2 is arriving this year is certainly something! Take a look at the official trailer below.
